Somehow I got a degree in English (literature, no less) and never read James Joyce. I found it daunting at first, but focusing on the episodes- its not so bad. Of course, you’ve probably finished it by now (and if so: It wasn’t so bad, was it?) and can now officially celebrate Bloomsday!

Of course, I don’t actually celebrate the book in June, just the fact I’ll never have to read it again.
