blog-type thing
(note: this was written at around 11:53 p.m. monday. but blogger and i have a game we like to play called, “where’s the post?” oh man, that’s so fun. i like to play it all the time. anyway, it’s not good or anything, but here it is…..)
i have a few things to say today. first of all, i was working on this newsletter that i work on six times a year, and i was reminded of the great fun of my final college semester when i was editor-in-chief of the pleiad. (i could link to the pleiad’s website, but it is ugly and it embarrasses me. so if you really want to see it, you’ll have to look up my alma mater’s website and find it.) anyway, man… the pleiad. good times. or something. the reason i was reminded of news editing fun was that i was sitting in front of my computer until 3 a.m., staring at pagemaker and cursing. it was very similar to my pleiad days. i think the only person who will understand this paragraph that says nothing is smg, because she got to participate in editing fun with me.
the only thing that would’ve made last night like my college days would’ve been if the table from the pleiad office magically had appeared in my house so i could’ve run some laps around it and if there were a taco bell in my kitchen that would supply me with a bean burrito and a giant jug of caffeinated beverage.
yeah.
beyond that, i am a funny looking bitch.
and uh, i am in a pj harvey phase. that is all. a dopo e ciao.
