help me help you, or something like that
Here’s the thing. I have no idea what to write about. None. I got nothin’. Et cetera. I think about it, and know that somewhere in the recesses of my brain, there has to be an idea worth writing about, but I have a theory that wherever that idea is, it’s curled up comfortably, taking a nap. Which is cool, you know, because naps? Yeah, awesome.
So. I have faith that eventually I will be able to come up with my own material once again. It’s just that right now I’m at a loss because I’m preoccupied with everything that is not my website. It’s a lot of stuff, but none of it is worth writing about. Which is sad, actually, but there you go.
What is my point? Well, I’m glad that you hypothetically asked so that I could segue into it right here. My point is that instead of temporarily abandoning the ol’ jamelah.net in favor of watching bad television and/or brooding over things of little to no importance (though I will probably do those things too), I figured I should try to make myself write things here. However, since I am not doing so well in the idea department, I thought maybe you could help me think of something to write about. Because, well, why not? You’re here. You might as well have something worth reading. Instead of stuff like this.

So, I think this could work, if you’d be so kind as to leave a suggestion or a question or something like that in the comments so that I might write about it. I might not, but that could be because it sparked my own idea, or it could be that I think you’re crazy and I’m choosing to pretend that you never said anything. Unless it comes down to that whole “I think you’re crazy” bit, I promise to thank you for the inspiration, and really, I’m already thanking you in advance. No, really. I am. This could be interesting, or it could totally not be, but, well, we’ll see.

Actually, I have to agree. Nothing beats Dr. Phil diatribes. How’s about an Ode to something or water cooler fodder and other office issues. I like those too.
