So, this morning I had a meeting. I have a lot of those. And then before I left to go back to my car and drive back to my office, I made a stop in the ladies’ room, and you know what? I used to think the most horrifying thing that could ever happen to me while in a bathroom would be to discover a psychopath with an ax standing in my shower, but after today, I’ve discovered something worse. You know what it is? I’ll tell you: what’s worse than discovering a psychopath with an ax standing in my shower is being in a public restroom and getting ready to exit a stall, only to feel the hem of my pants hit my ankle and discover that aforementioned hem is wet, and then notice that there’s a pretty big puddle on the floor, and, um, oh god, I think I just soaked up someone’s pee with the hem of my pants and it’s only 9:30 in the morning and there’s SO MUCH DAY LEFT.
Yes. THAT IS WAY MORE HORRIFYING.
